UP Date on converting your "Mobile Home" TITLE to A
Manufactured Home DEED.

The Kent County Levy Court is in the process of approving a "Policy" for converting a Manufactured Home on leased land TITLE to a Deed. The new policy will be part of the Levy Court consent agenda on Tuesday July 13th.

Once the policy is approved and the procedure to be followed is in place details on the process will be posted on this web site and on the DMHOA web site.
